A private digital librarian for the files you already have.

DataSortIQ Data Librarian is being developed to understand what your files are, how they relate and what belongs together before proposing safe organisation. Processing and intelligence are designed to operate privately on your computer, while keeping you in control.

The Core development workflow uses controlled review, copy-only organisation and SHA-256 verification. Experimental collection analysis remains read-only shadow testing and does not currently control classification, Review decisions or destinations.

Keep original source files in place during normal organisation. Verified copies, collision controls and review of uncertain decisions help you retain control over the result.

    A course, design project or business record set can contain many different file types. Their relationships matter as much as their individual formats.
    DataSortIQ Data Librarian is being developed to recognise those relationships before proposing how a collection should be organised. This context-aware work is currently being validated and is not yet enabled to change organisation plans.

    SAFE BY DESIGN
    Your originals stay where they are
    During normal organisation, source files are not moved, overwritten or deleted. You can review the destination plan before copies are created, with SHA-256 checks helping verify file integrity.
Understand the relationships
Examines available file content and metadata. Collection recognition is being tested to help keep related files and dependencies together.
Stay in control
Review proposed decisions, preserve your source collection and use verified copies. Uncertain or unsupported files remain available for review.
